How to Cancel a Service

Step 2: Settle Outstanding Fees

Next, pay all invoices and charges incurred up to the cancellation date in full. We process cancellation requests only after you clear all unpaid dues.

Step 3: Back Up Your Data

Before proceeding, download backups, receipts, and important information. After cancellation, account tools become limited.

Step 4: Log In to the Control Panel

Then, log in to your customer control panel. Navigate to the subscriptions or services section to begin the cancellation process.

After that, select the service you want to cancel and confirm your request. We record the submission time as the official cancellation date for billing purposes.

Account Access After Cancellation

Step 7: Control Panel Access Changes

Once we process the request, we suspend your control panel access. As a result, you can no longer renew services, manage billing, or update account details.

Step 8: Continued Access Until Term End

However, you can continue using the purchased services until your prepaid term ends. During this time, all features work normally.

Step 9: Service Deactivation

When the prepaid term ends, we automatically deactivate the services. Because you cannot access the billing portal, renewal is not available after cancellation.


Reactivation Policy

Step 10: Reactivate Services (If Needed)

If you decide to use our services again, you must place a new order. In that case, we apply the current terms, conditions, and pricing.

No Refunds
This policy overrides conflicting statements elsewhere. All fees paid are final and non-refundable.
