Important: All payments for our products and services are non-refundable. By purchasing or using our services, you agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason.
Step 1: Review Your Term
Check your active service and prepaid term (start/end dates) so you know how long access will continue after cancellation.
Step 2: Settle Outstanding Fees
Ensure all invoices and charges accrued up to the cancellation date are paid in full. Unpaid dues must be cleared before the request is processed.
Step 3: Back Up Your Data
Download backups, receipts, and any essential information you may need later, as account tools will be limited post-cancellation.
Step 4: Log In to the Control Panel
Access your customer control panel and navigate to the subscriptions/services section.
Step 5: Submit a Cancellation Request
Select the service(s) you wish to terminate and confirm cancellation. Your request time-stamps the effective cancellation date for billing purposes.
Step 6: Confirmation Notice
You’ll receive a confirmation (on-screen or by email) summarizing the cancellation request, any amounts due, and your prepaid end date.
Step 7: Account Access Changes
After processing, your control panel access is suspended. You will no longer be able to renew services, manage billing, or update account information.
Step 8: Continued Service Through Prepaid Term
Despite cancellation, you retain access to the already-purchased services until the end of your prepaid term. Functionality remains unchanged during this period.
Step 9: Term End & Deactivation
At the prepaid term’s conclusion, services are automatically deactivated. Because the billing portal is inaccessible, renewal is not available post-cancellation.
Step 10: Reactivation (If Needed)
If you wish to use our services again after deactivation, a new purchase/order is required under then-current terms and pricing.
No Refunds
This policy overrides conflicting statements elsewhere. All fees paid are final and non-refundable.
