All Web Indore clients are bound by the following Terms of Use.

Illegal Use

Web Indore services are intended for lawful activities only. Users must not transmit, store, or share any content that violates laws or facilitates illegal actions. This includes copyrighted works, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property used without authorization; content that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise unlawful; and materials restricted by export or regulatory rules. All users are responsible for ensuring their use of Web Indore services complies with applicable legal requirements.

Spamming

Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial messages (“spam”) through the Internet is strictly prohibited, whether or not it affects servers or disrupts services for Web Indore customers. Web Indore reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine any actions that violate this policy.

System and Network Abuse

Any actions that compromise system or network security are strictly prohibited and may lead to civil or criminal penalties. This includes, but is not limited to: unauthorized access to data, systems, or networks; disrupting services for users or networks, such as mail bombing, flooding, or attempts to overload systems; and falsifying TCP-IP headers or email/newsgroup information. Users must ensure their activities do not interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of Web Indore systems and networks.

Viruses and Other Destructive Activities

Users of Web Indore services must not create, distribute, or transmit malicious software, including viruses, worms, or Trojan horses. Any attempts to interfere with systems or services—such as pinging, flooding, mail bombing, or denial-of-service attacks—are strictly prohibited. Such activities can compromise the security, integrity, and availability of Web Indore’s networks, servers, and customer data. Users are responsible for ensuring their actions do not harm the infrastructure or disrupt services for other customers. Violations may result in account termination, legal action, and civil or criminal liability, depending on the severity of the offense.

Pornography

Web Indore services must not be used to upload, store, share, display, transmit, or promote any pornographic content. If Web Indore becomes aware of pornography being hosted or transmitted through its services, it will report the matter to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, in accordance with legal requirements.

Payment

Users must ensure timely payment to maintain uninterrupted access to Web Indore services. Failure to pay by the due date may result in service suspension, restriction, or termination. Web Indore is not responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or damages arising from service disruptions caused by late or missed payments.

Actions Taken by Web Indore

Failure to comply with any of the Terms of Use (TOU) may result in account suspension, restriction, or deactivation. Web Indore has sole discretion to determine what constitutes a TOU violation and may remove accounts or refuse service at any time without prior notice. Depending on the severity of the breach, Web Indore may pursue civil remedies or notify law enforcement if the violation involves criminal activity. No service credits will be issued for outages caused by TOU violations. Customers agree to indemnify and hold Web Indore harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the services.

IRC

Web Indore strictly prohibits the use of IRC (Internet Relay Chat) or any IRC bots by customers utilizing Web Hosting or E-Commerce services. Such activities are not permitted under any circumstances.

Anti-Piracy

Web Indore’s Web Hosting and E-Commerce accounts must not be used to distribute illegal, pirated, or unauthorized software, multimedia, or digital content.

The Web Indore service is provided on an “as-is, as-available” basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, or non-infringement. Web Indore, along with its partners and suppliers, shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect costs, damages, or losses arising from the use of, or transactions conducted through, its services.

Income Disclaimer

Web Indore strictly prohibits Partners from publicly sharing their personal earnings. Individual results vary and no single partner’s income should be considered typical. Any earnings reflect what may be possible through consistent effort, dedication, and time invested.

Income as a Web Indore Partner depends entirely on each individual’s actions, strategies, and commitment. Web Indore makes no guarantees regarding the amount of income, or that any income will be earned at all through participation in its programs. The level of success achieved is determined by the time, effort, and resources each partner invests in their business activities.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products and services provided by Web Indore are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Cancellations: You may cancel or terminate services at any time through your control panel. Upon cancellation, you remain responsible for all fees and charges incurred up to the effective date of cancellation. Access to the control panel will be suspended, preventing account management, billing updates, or renewal of services. However, you may continue using any services already purchased until the end of your prepaid term.
